At manntara.com, there are two types of warranties that apply to all of your orders:

1. The Risk Warranty

It covers any unexpected circumstances that arise during shipping or within the first seven days after your order arrives, such as:

  • The shipping time exceeded 40 days

You can change the shipping address within the first three hours of purchase by contacting us and including the order number and the new address in the mail.

After 3 hours you can still request to change your address; however, if your order has already been prepared and is ready to be shipped we cannot guarantee that your request will be approved.

You can cancel your order within the first 3 hours after purchase, for this, write to us at support@manntara.com including the order number and reason for cancellation. After this time you can still request the cancellation of the order; however, we cannot guarantee that the request will proceed successfully.

 

Please note that an order cannot be canceled after it has been processed and is ready to be shipped. If your order has been shipped and cannot be canceled, please contact us again and request the return of the product when it reaches you.

We provide a 14-day return or exchange policy. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The size, color, or variant received is incorrect.
  • The product is in poor conditions
  • The product does not meet your expectations.

Shipping costs to our warehouses must be borne by the customer; however, they will be reimbursed in the form of credit that can be used in our online store.

The product must meet the following requirements in order for your request to be approved successfully:

  • It must be in new condition
  • In its original packaging (With labels and barcodes)
  • Without any kind of damage
    • Water-damaged items
    • Chemically damaged items
    • Scratches
    • Used items
    • Broken items

Send an email to support@manntara.com to request a return. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the product and where to send it. Please keep in mind that products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
