Shipping times depend on the location from which the order is placed and the time of purchase, being that in times of greater or lesser demand, these can vary.

Please take into consideration the order cut-off time (8:00 pm, GMT-08:00) and processing time, which could take up to 3 business days before your order is shipped.
Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive your tracking code within a maximum period of 72 hours.
Due to the large volume of orders, we are unable to track each one of them at the same time, so it is the customer's responsibility to follow up throughout their journey in case of any inconvenience.
If you are unable to track your order, please wait for 1 to 3 days after purchase before contacting us; this is the maximum amount of time it takes for an order to be prepared for shipment and thus have a tracking code assigned.
Customized Products
If you're looking for a personalized product experience, don't hesitate to contact us via email with your specific request. We'll assess the feasibility of creating a customized item tailored to your requirements.
While our standard chain length for necklaces is 60 cm, you have the option to request your preferred chain size via email at no extra charge.
Delays
If you are unable to track your order, please contact us. If your order is at the destination country but is taking a long time to be delivered, it may be held at customs.
We will take care of doing the necessary procedures to be able to release it as soon as possible.
A parcel that has complied with all the rigors of the law of both the place of origin and the place of destination must be released in a few days. However, sometimes customs controls are strict; hence a package may be retained for a few more days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your local customs authority.
Additional information
In some cases, local couriers may contact you requesting additional information to deliver your order. If you don't collaborate in this process or the courier is unable to contact you, the delivery time may be extended, which would not be Manntara's responsibility.

Timely Gifting
While we strive to accommodate delivery date requests, we cannot guarantee precise arrival dates, particularly during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances. To ensure a seamless gift-giving experience, we recommend placing orders well in advance.

Lost parcels
Packages can become lost on the road as a result of human error, accidents, and other factors.
- If your item was not delivered and has been in transit for more than 40 days with no updates, it has likely been lost. In this instance, you can contact us for a refund or for the product to be shipped again.
- If your order is marked as "delivered" on the tracking page but you have not received it, you have up to 10 days to notify us; otherwise, the courier will assume there were no issues with delivery and the case will be closed, with no way to open a dispute to further investigate the situation. We won't be able to assist you or make any guarantees after this time has passed.
- We are not liable for incomplete orders that were delivered and signed without being verified by the customer first.
Taxes & Fees
Our online store's prices are tax-free; nevertheless, your local customs authorities may (in certain situations) charge additional fees to allow the items to enter their final destination, which will be determined by themselves.
Customs clearance and processing costs, which are not related to customs taxes, may apply depending on the parcel. These fees are more typical with certain logistical services (Premium Shipping or DHL), as well as for specific products (Leather Bags and Bags).
Manntara is not responsible for the payment of the above-mentioned additional charges; they are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us. We are also not liable for any delays imposed by your local customs office.
Identity Documents
In some countries, customs regulations mandate the provision of ID information for customs clearance when ordering from manntara.com. Manntara securely stores this ID information to facilitate smooth customs processing by sharing it with the carrier and Customs officials. This ensures that your packages clear Customs without unnecessary delays.
While we collect this information for certain countries, please be aware that Customs offices in these countries may occasionally request additional data. In such cases, you may be required to provide the requested information. We will use these for customs clearance purposes only. Data won't be shared with third ones other than the carrier and/or the customs authority.
We may also request identification documents as an additional precaution for certain orders made with debit or credit cards. This measure is intended to verify that the card information matches the order's cardholder. In this scenario, we want to emphasize that we do not share this information with third parties, and it is deleted once the customer's identity has been confirmed.
Silver Chains
To offer an affordable price for the majority of our customers, the chains of our pendants (including silver pendants) are made of stainless steel. If you desire 925 silver chains, they can be found under our chains collection.

We deliver our customers' orders using a variety of logistic solutions, depending on availability and proximity to the destination. These businesses are independent of Manntara and have their own set of policies. If customers believe it is necessary, they should request the postal office policies for each of their orders.
