Refund policy
When you place an order on manntara.com, you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by the guidelines outlined in this Refund Policy:
Risk Warranty
Our risk warranty covers the following situations:
- The product is not the correct one in terms of color, size, or SKU (evidence is required)*
- The shipping time exceeded 40 days
- The parcel was lost (see more)
- Defective quality
*Product photos have been retouched to improve site consistency. It is the customer's responsibility to request additional details or photos if necessary and/or believe that the color may vary.
Defective quality
You must ask for an exchange if the item you received is of poor quality or shows any signs of damage. You will need to send the product back to the original address it came from and we'll send a replacement once you provide the tracking number to us.
Shipping costs to our workshop must be borne by the customer; however, they will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.
Returns or Exchanges (Jewellery)
We provide a 60-day free returns or exchange policy. You may be eligible for it in the following circumstances:
- The size is incorrect.
- The color is incorrect.
- The variant is incorrect.
Shipping costs to our workshop must be borne by the customer; however, they will be reimbursed in the form of credit that can be used in our online store. Please note that returns fees resulting from incorrect size selection by the customer will not qualify for refunds or store credit.
We will evaluate each product before approving any refund or exchange. The product must meet the following requirements for your request to be approved successfully:
- It must be in good conditions
- In its original packaging (With labels and barcodes)
- Gift items must be included
- Without any kind of damage
- Water-damaged items
- Chemically damaged items
- Scratches
- Used items
- Broken items

Please be aware that we cannot accept products for return unless you have obtained prior authorization. Additionally, products lacking a pre-shared tracking number will not be accepted.

- The item does not meet your expectations.

Incorrect items
Additional Details
Products returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer (who must bear the reshipment costs), or a credit of 50% will be issued.
A 5 USD fee will apply to products that are not returned in their original packaging.
Standard Shipping will be used for exchanges.
Premium shipping fees will not be refunded in any case.
Secret Items (Secret boxes) are not eligible for returns.
Gifts
Gift items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, but they need to be included if you're starting those processes for the whole order.
The Lifetime Promise also applies to gifts, but shipping fees must be covered by the customer.
Due to availability, gifts are subject to change at any time without notice on our website. This means that the gift that was automatically added to your cart may not be the same as the one you received in your final order.
Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order within the first 3 hours of purchase by reaching out to us, stating the order number and reason for cancellation. If this time frame has passed, you can still send your request; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be fulfilled.
Please keep in mind that once an order has been processed and is ready to ship, it cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped and cannot be canceled, please contact us and request a return when the parcel arrives.
If a customer requests a cancellation after payment has been processed, any non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 1.5-3%) charged by our payment provider may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are not kept by us and only reflect costs that are not returned to us by the processor.
Accidental orders: If an order is cancelled within 72 hours of placement due to an unintended purchase, the processing fee will be deducted from the refund. For cancellations related to sizing issues or returns, we will absorb this fee.
PayPal transactions are exempt, as no non-refundable processing fees apply.
