Our high-quality standards give us complete confidence in the longevity of every product we manufacture. This allows us to make a promise to all of our customers: we will take care of any repairs that your Manntara item may need.

How to request it

Simply contact us at support@manntara.com with a description and photos of the problem, as well as your order number, and we'll get back to you with the next steps.

Fair wear and tear

If a product has been used extensively and shows evidence of natural wear and tear, it may not be eligible for a free repair or replacement. We will thoroughly examine all items and provide an objective appraisal of the matter. We can provide a compensated repair service at a reasonable fee in such cases.

Bags

Watermarks, misuse/mistreatment of the bags, and the natural aging of the leather (scratches, marks on leather, patina, natural softening of the leather causing changes in shape or structure of the bag, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

The Lifetime Promise applies only to genuine leather, cowhide leather, or full-grain leather products. Items made of PU leather are not supported and have a 60-day warranty only.

Jewelry

Jewelry Lifetime Promise applies to 18K gold, stainless steel and S925 silver jewelry only, and the following conditions are not covered by the warranty or may void it:

• Chemically damaged products
• Scratches
• Normal usage
• pH reactions
• Accidentally broken parts
• Lost or stolen items
• Additional details

Any manipulation of the product or change in any of its parts renders the warranty null and void.

Full replacements are only valid once per product purchased; however, we can handle any future repairs that your product requires for the rest of its life.

Collection and shipping fees

We will cover all associated costs of transporting the item to our workshop and returning it to you after repair if it was purchased within the last 6 months. There may be shipping expenses after this period, but we can work with you to find the most cost-effective alternative.

Important: Any attempt to violate the terms outlined above or those in our refund policy may void the Lifetime Promise and bar any further claims.

Lifetime Promise was established on May 19, 2022. Any orders placed before this date will not be eligible for it.
