This is the first time I have put in an order with Manntara and the customer service experienced was excellent. I was concerned about sharing my ID number with the company as it wasn't initially mentioned as a need, on their website. Manntara handled my concerns professionally by updating their website with their ID handling process and directing me there as well as to their data privacy policy. I received the Catholic Cross pendant in Johannesburg, South Africa about 3 weeks after I ordered it and it looked exactly like the high quality item displayed online. It came in a very smart jewellery box displaying the Manntara logo and the free Compass necklace received was very good quality too.
